Appoint Billing & Technical role for .MY Domain

In order to allow Cynet Hosting to manage your .MY domain name, you have to appoint us as your .MY domain Billing and Technical role. Please follow these steps to appoint Cynet Hosting as your domain Billing and Technical role:

1. Please login to Mynic Selfcare portal at

https://selfcare.ichoose.my/login

Note: If you don’t have Mynic selfcare login password, please use the Forget Username | Forget password option to reset a new password.

2. After login, in the Dashboard, click Appoint Billing

3. The tick and select the domain you want to appoint and click “Continue“

4. Fill in following details and click “Next” and “Submit“

Enter Name: Cynet Hosting
Enter Email Address: [email protected]
Re-enter Email Address: [email protected]

5. Now repeat the same steps again to appoint the Technical role. Go back to Dashboard and click on “Appoint Technical“

6. Then tick and select the domain you want to appoint and click “Continue“

7. Fill in following details and click “Next” and “Submit“

Enter Name: Cynet Hosting
Enter Email Address: [email protected]
Re-enter Email Address: [email protected]

8. Once done please update us again and we will update the domain and add into the client area.
