I subscribed to your hosting plan. How do I point my domain from another provider to your server?

When you subscribe to a hosting plan, you will need to point your domain to the server where your website is hosted. This is done by changing the name servers of your domain to the ones provided by your hosting provider.

Note:
This guide is specifically for those who have purchased their domain from a provider other than us. If you have purchased your domain through us, our default name server will be used and no further changes are necessary.

Here are the steps to point your domain to our name servers:

  1. Log in to your domain registrar account where you purchased your domain.
  2. Find the option to manage your domain’s DNS settings or name servers.
  3. Remove all other record and replace them with the following name servers:
    • Name Server 1: ns1.cynethost.com
    • Name Server 2: ns2.cynethost.com
    • Name Server 3: ns3.cynethost.com
    • Name Server 4: ns4.cynethost.com
  4. Save the changes and wait for the DNS propagation to complete. This can take up to 24-48 hours, during which time your website may not be accessible.

Once the DNS propagation is complete, your domain will be pointing to our name servers and your website will be hosted on our server.
